400 signups in 40 days, from posts to people who knew me

I posted the build, as it happened, to my own network. These are the posts and the numbers.

In 30 seconds
  • AgentaOS sat at €0 for four months with a working product.
  • Then I gave away free playbooks about the problem, and posted every step of the launch on LinkedIn, mostly in Macedonian.
  • Day one: 119 visitors, 22 signups, 2 sales. Day 40: 400+ signups, 1,400+ payments.
  • What you can copy: post the build, with numbers, to the people who already know your name.
4 moat €0, product finished
18.5%of visitors signed up in the first 15 hours
400+signups in 40 days
1,400+payments by day 40

Four months at €0

The product worked. Live, priced, with a checkout.

I kept building. Nobody came, because nobody knew it existed.

What I posted instead

Free playbooks about the problem. Not about my product.

How to get paid from abroad without opening a company. What your bank asks for. What you owe in tax. Each one solved a problem my buyers had, with a set of tools. AgentaOS was one of them.

Then every step of the launch, as it happened. Mostly in Macedonian, because that’s where people already knew me. These are the posts that did the work, with their reactions:

278 reactions“We did it. Agenta 2.0 is live.”

What it does in plain words, who it’s for, and a Founding 30 offer.

224 reactions“Finally.”

AgentaOS connected to Macedonian banks. The old way, three steps, then the new way.

131 reactions“15 hours live. 18.5%.”

The whole funnel from day one, number by number.

126 reactions“40 days ago I launched”

400+ signups, 1,400+ payments, and three things founders said about it.

103 reactions“2 days, 100 signups”

The same move again, for Bootstrapped Makers.

What they shareSomething happened

A launch, a number, a first. Never a pitch.

Day one, in numbers

I posted the funnel 15 hours after launch. Real numbers, bots filtered out:

119visitors

from 13 countries

22signed up

about 1 in 5

10started a checkout

6 created their first product

2first sales

on day one

An average SaaS landing page converts 2 to 5%. This one did 18.5%.

My read: the visitors weren’t strangers. They came from a post by someone they already knew.

Founding 30

A small first group, with a reason to join now.

The first 30 founders got lower fees for life and a 15-minute setup call with me. 20+ asked to be in before launch.

Day 40

400+ signups. 1,400+ payments. And founders started saying it better than I could:

“The one and only service I’ve found that takes a card payment from the US and gets me paid. I’ve been looking for 10 years.”

I learned this once already

Kromatika, 2021. 1,000 users, and I ran its community myself: 3k people on Telegram and Discord.

It grew while I was in those rooms every day. When I stepped out to build, growth stopped the same week.

Then I made the same mistake with AgentaOS, for four months.

What you can copy this week

Give away a playbook
  • About your buyer’s problem, not your product
  • Solve it with real tools, yours as one of them
  • Free, no strings
Post the build
  • What happened this week, not what you sell
  • One real number every time
  • In the language your people read
Start with who knows you
  • Your network, your city, your old colleagues
  • They click, and they trust
  • Strangers come later
Make a first group
  • A number you can actually handle
  • Something only they get
  • Tell them when it’s full

Every number here is from my own LinkedIn posts and AgentaOS records, on the story page.
