If it isn’t worth €19 to you, one click before the month ends and you’re out. You keep what you’ve already got.

Why there's no blanket money-back promise
“30 days, no questions asked” is easy to write and awkward to honour once someone has sat in four workshops and read the failure log.
So instead: a free first month, one-click cancel, and the statutory 14-day right below.
Your statutory right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Buying as a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Two parts of the membership work differently.
Membership
Pro rata inside 14 daysIt starts the moment you pay, because at checkout you ask for immediate access. You can still withdraw within 14 days: you pay for the days used, the rest comes back.
Recordings and library pieces
Lost once openedDigital content. The same tick box acknowledges that opening them ends the withdrawal right for that content, as the law allows. Membership itself stays refundable pro rata.
Yearly plan
Same 14-day ruleInside 14 days: days used are charged, the rest refunded. After that, cancelling stops the renewal and access runs to the end of the year you paid for.
To withdraw: email [email protected] with the word “withdrawal” and the email you paid with.
No form, no reason. It goes back to the same payment method, normally within 14 days.
Buying for a business rather than as a consumer? This statutory right doesn’t apply.
Always refunded
- A duplicate payment. Pay twice for the same month and the second one comes back the moment I see it. You don't have to ask.
- A membership I end. If I remove someone for anything other than the confidentiality rule, the current month is refunded.
Not refunded
- A workshop you didn't join. The community ran, the recording exists, the newsletter went out.
- A workshop that moved. That’s a calendar, not a breach. The community, the library and the newsletter are there every day either way.
- Months after the 14-day window. Cancel any time; access runs to the end of what you've paid for, and nothing after that is charged.
- A membership ended for republishing another member's numbers or screenshots. No refund, no discussion.
Chargebacks
Email me first. I’d rather refund you in a day than argue with a bank for three months.
Eight years of running things online: a chargeback has never once been the faster route, for either side.
