Membership terms

1. Who you're contracting with

Panche Isajeski owns and runs Bootstrapped Makers. Seller of record: Aristokrates OÜ, registered in Estonia, registry code 16961316, at Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn — the entity billing you for every membership payment. Payment processing: through AgentaOS, [email protected].

2. What membership is

Membership gives you, for each month you pay for:

• The toolkit on day 1: the first-customer script, the pricing-page checklist, terms and a refund policy that pass card review, and the launch checklist;
• A seat at the live workshop on the first Tuesday of each month, including your own turn to show your product;
• The members' newsletter, weekly, with aggregate numbers on what makers charge and what converts;
• The library of playbooks as it is published, and the log of channels, launches and prices that failed;
• Access to the community between workshops.

Those five parts are the product. Membership does not include one-to-one time with Panche, a response-time commitment from him, or any work done on your behalf.

No guarantee. Membership carries no guarantee of any commercial outcome and no refund beyond the statutory withdrawal right above and the cases listed on the refunds page.

Membership is not one-to-one consulting, an advisory or coaching engagement, or any form of financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Anything discussed at a workshop or in the community is opinion and experience, not professional advice.

3. Who can join

Anyone building, or about to build, a SaaS product without outside investment. You do not need a live product, a link or a customer to join, and having paying customers already does not exclude you. You join the waitlist with your name and what you are building, and before the community opens you receive the payment link, in order of the list. The only way to lose membership is section 6.

4. Payment

For founding members the first month is free; outside that offer the trial is €9. After the first month it is €19 a month, or €190 a year if you choose yearly at checkout, as a subscription. You can cancel at any time from the link on your receipt — it takes one click, needs no explanation, and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. Nothing is charged after you cancel. Amounts already paid are not refunded, except as set out in the refund policy.

Founding members. The first 100 people who joined the founding list by 28 September 2026 are founding members. A founding membership begins with one free month, after which the subscription charges normally unless cancelled. Each founding member is offered a turn at a workshop, booked in list order; a missed or declined slot goes to the next person and is not carried over. The first workshop, on 29 September 2026, is the founding workshop and carries no turns yet. The monthly price of €19, or €190 a year, does not increase for a founding member while the membership stays continuously active. A membership that is cancelled and later restarted is charged the price in force at that time.

Prices include any applicable VAT, which is handled by the seller of record. If you need an invoice with your company's details, ask when you pay.

Referrals. A referral counts when a person who joined through your referral link has paid for three consecutive months, with no withdrawal, refund or dispute on any of those payments. On the day your monthly charge books, let n be the number of counted referrals whose memberships are active that day; the charge is reduced by 5% of the monthly amount each of those referrals paid for their current month, summed across them (with everyone on the €19 plan, €0.95 per referral), applied as a refund after the charge books. No monthly charge is ever reduced below the floor price of €9. A referral stops counting the month its membership ends. Reductions are never paid out in cash, expire if your own membership ends, and for yearly members are applied once, against the next yearly charge, using the number of active referrals on that day.

The referred person must be a new member: a different person, a different email and a different payment method from yours. A referral where the referred membership is cancelled, refunded or disputed within its first three months, or where the same person or payment method appears behind more than one membership, earns nothing, and I may reverse credits and end memberships that I reasonably believe were arranged to farm credits. No appeal process, no drama: the credit is a thank-you, not a currency.

Prices may change for new members. If they do, it will be announced on this site before it takes effect, and anyone already in the community keeps the price they are paying.

5. Refunds and withdrawal

6. Your conduct in the community

The rules pinned in the community apply: show your product rather than describe it; ask with numbers; answer others by naming what would stop a buyer; name one person a week; no selling to members; wins go on the board only with a receipt; and what is shared in the community stays in the community.

The confidentiality rule matters most. Members share real revenue, real prices and real failures. Republishing another member's numbers, screenshots or product details outside the community — including in public posts — ends your membership immediately and without refund of the current month.

7. Recording

Workshops are recorded so that members who miss one can catch up. Recordings are shared only inside the community and are not published. You may keep your camera off. If you don't want to be recorded at all, say so before the workshop and that session won't be.

8. Ending it

You end your membership by cancelling from the link on your receipt. It takes one click, needs no notice and no explanation. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for, and nothing is charged after that.

I can end a membership for a breach of the rules in section 6, or if someone makes the community worse for other people. Where it isn't a confidentiality breach, I will refund the current month.

9. What isn't promised

No outcome is guaranteed. Nothing on this site promises that you will get a customer, make money, or reach any revenue figure. The numbers on this site describe what happened to my own companies; they are not a projection for yours.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud. Otherwise, and to the extent permitted by law, Aristokrates OÜ's total liability arising from your membership is limited to the amount you have paid in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer rules in your country of residence, including in the EU.

12. Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes and members are told in the community. Changes apply from the next month you pay for, never retroactively.
