Membership terms

1. Who you're contracting with

Panche Isajeski owns and runs Bootstrapped Makers. Seller of record: Aristokrates OÜ, registered in Estonia, registry code 16961316, at Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn — the entity billing you for every membership payment. Payment processing: through AgentaOS, contact@agentaos.ai.

2. What membership is

Membership gives you, for each month you pay for:

• The playbooks: your payment setup without a company, what to charge before anyone has paid (this one is also free with an account), and giving something away every week, plus new ones as they land;
• A seat at the monthly live workshop, recorded;
• Member discounts from partner tools;
• The members’ chat between calls.

Planned features (mentors, the failure log) are not part of the membership until they are announced.

Those four parts are the product. Membership does not include one-to-one time with Panche, a response-time commitment from him, or any work done on your behalf.

The value guarantee. If you have been a paying member for 3 consecutive months and feel the membership was not worth more than you paid, email within 14 days after your third paid month and your next 3 months of membership are free. No proof is asked. It is given once per member, as membership time, never as cash. Beyond it, membership carries no guarantee of any commercial outcome and no refund beyond the statutory withdrawal right and the cases listed on the refunds page.

Membership is not one-to-one consulting, an advisory or coaching engagement, or any form of financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Anything discussed on a live workshop or in the community is opinion and experience, not professional advice.

3. Who can join

Anyone building, or about to build, a SaaS product without outside investment. You do not need a live product, a link or a customer to join, and having paying customers already does not exclude you. You create a free account with your email, then choose a monthly or yearly membership in the app and pay there. The only way to lose membership is section 6.

4. Payment

You choose monthly or yearly at checkout, and both are subscriptions that renew until cancelled. Monthly: $19 a month. Yearly: $190 for twelve months, charged in full at checkout — two months off the monthly rate. You can cancel at any time from the link on your receipt — it takes one click, needs no explanation, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is charged after you cancel. Amounts already paid are not refunded, except as set out in the refund policy.

Founding members. The first 100 people who joined the founding list by 5 October 2026, anyone we invite as a founding member, and anyone who takes a paid membership by 19 October 2026 at 23:59 Berlin time are founding members. A founding membership taken yearly on or after 9 October 2026 is charged $99 a year and renews at $99 a year for as long as it stays active (the founding price is locked). The founding price is offered on the yearly plan only. Founding yearly memberships taken before 9 October 2026 keep their terms: $99 for the first twelve months, then the yearly price in force ($190 today) unless cancelled. Founding memberships taken monthly before 9 October 2026 keep their terms: $9 a month for the first three months, then the monthly price in force ($19 today) unless cancelled. The founding price ends if the membership is cancelled or lapses: a membership restarted later is charged the price in force at that time. Launch offer. Anyone else who takes a yearly membership by 19 October 2026, 23:59 Central European Summer Time, is a founding member and gets the same locked founding price: $99 a year for as long as the membership stays active. After that time, the offer ends for everyone except founding members. A membership that is cancelled and later restarted is charged the price in force at that time.

Currency. Prices are charged in US dollars ($19 a month, $190 a year, $99 a year at the locked founding price).

Prices include any applicable VAT, which is handled by the seller of record. If you need an invoice with your company's details, ask when you pay.

Referrals. A referral qualifies when a person who joined through your referral link has paid for three consecutive months, with no withdrawal, refund or dispute on any of those payments. Each qualifying referral earns you one free month: your next renewal date moves back by one month and no charge is taken for it. There is no cap, and months are added as each referral qualifies. Yearly memberships work the same way, with the yearly renewal date moving back a month. Once a referral has qualified, the month it earned is yours even if that member later leaves. Earned months are never paid out in cash, cannot be transferred to anyone else, and lapse if your own membership ends.

The referred person must be a new member: a different person, a different email and a different payment method from yours. A referral where the referred membership is cancelled, refunded or disputed within its first three months, or where the same person or payment method appears behind more than one membership, earns nothing, and I may withdraw earned months and end memberships that I reasonably believe were arranged to farm them. No appeal process, no drama: a free month is a thank-you, not a currency.

Prices may change for new members. If they do, it will be announced on this site before it takes effect, and anyone already in the community keeps the price they are paying (founding prices run for the period stated above).

5. Refunds and withdrawal

6. Your conduct in the community

The rules pinned in the community apply: show your product rather than describe it; ask with numbers; answer others by naming what would stop a buyer; name one person a week; no selling to members; wins go on the board only with a receipt; and what is shared in the community stays in the community.

The confidentiality rule matters most. Members share real revenue, real prices and real failures. Republishing another member's numbers, screenshots or product details outside the community — including in public posts — ends your membership immediately and without refund of the current month.

7. Recording

Live workshops are recorded so that members who miss one can catch up. Recordings are shared only inside the community and are not published. You may keep your camera off. If you don't want to be recorded at all, say so before the live workshop and that session won't be.

8. Ending it

You end your membership by cancelling from the link on your receipt. It takes one click, needs no notice and no explanation. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for, and nothing is charged after that.

I can end a membership for a breach of the rules in section 6, or if someone makes the community worse for other people. Where it isn't a confidentiality breach, I will refund the current month.

9. What isn't promised

No outcome is guaranteed. Nothing on this site promises that you will get a customer, make money, or reach any revenue figure. The numbers on this site describe what happened to my own companies; they are not a projection for yours.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud. Otherwise, and to the extent permitted by law, Aristokrates OÜ's total liability arising from your membership is limited to the amount you have paid in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer rules in your country of residence, including in the EU.

12. Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes and members are told in the community. Changes apply from the next month you pay for, never retroactively.
